Shipping policy

In store pick up

In store collections will generally be available to collect within 24 hours of order being placed. Please wait until you receive an email confirming your items are ready to collect- items are sometimes kept offsite, and may not be ready to collect immediately. 

Once you have received your ready to collect email, items will be available at;

Shipping costs

Orders are subject to a flat rate charge of $9.99 for shipping.

Delivery time

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2pm (ACST). We use Australia Post Standard shipping- Standard Post is 2-10 business day deliver. Please note- these time frames can be longer in busy times of year, like Christmas.

 
If you have not received your items within 11 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
